Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all programs, consultations, and paid offerings provided by AI Growth Club, a consultation brand of OnvoCore (the parent company).

1. Free Masterclass

The AI Business Masterclass is currently offered free of charge. Because no payment is collected for the masterclass itself, no refund is applicable for attendance.

2. Paid Programs — 5-Day Refund Window

For any paid program, coaching, or consultation service, you may request a refund within 5 (five) calendar days of your payment date. After this 5-day window, no refund shall be processed under any circumstances.

Additional program-specific refund terms may be discussed and disclosed live during the webinar and will be:

  • Explained live during the masterclass by the founder,
  • Documented in the checkout page or offer letter for that specific program, and
  • Confirmed in writing in your enrollment email.

By enrolling in any paid program, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the 5-day refund window along with any program-specific terms applicable at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility & General Principles

To be eligible for a refund within the 5-day window, the following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@onvocore.com from the email used at enrollment, within 5 days of your payment date.
  • Refunds are not available once you have downloaded, accessed, or consumed more than a nominal portion of the digital content, recordings, or bonuses — even within the 5-day window.
  • Refunds are not available for coaching or consultation sessions that have already been attended, scheduled and missed without notice, or partially delivered.
  • Requests received after the 5-day window will not be processed, regardless of reason.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Payment gateway fees may be deducted.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us at info@onvocore.com before initiating any chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will do our best to resolve any concern fairly and quickly.

5. Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a program entirely and no equivalent replacement is offered, we will refund the fees you paid for that program in full.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase, along with any program-specific refund terms disclosed at that time, will govern that purchase.
