Welcome to AI Growth Club ("AI Growth Club", "we", "our", "us"), a consultation and education brand operated by OnvoCore ("OnvoCore", the parent company). By registering for our webinars, accessing our website (webinar.aigrowthclub.in), or purchasing any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

AI Growth Club is a consultation and training brand operating under OnvoCore, our parent company. All programs, masterclasses, coaching, and consultation services offered under the AI Growth Club name are delivered, invoiced, and supported by OnvoCore.

2. Eligibility

Our masterclass is intended for business owners, entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and creators who are willing to invest time and resources to grow their business with AI. It is not intended for students or individuals unwilling to take entrepreneurial action.

3. Registration & Access

You agree to provide accurate information at registration. Your join link is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet the eligibility criteria or violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, workbooks, slides, recordings, roadmaps, tool stacks, and content shared during the masterclass — including the AI Business Blueprint, AI Launch System, and AI Growth Engine — are the exclusive intellectual property of OnvoCore. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use this content commercially without written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) disrupt sessions, (b) share join links publicly, (c) harass other participants or hosts, or (d) use our content to build a directly competing training product. Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. No Guarantees

We share strategies and frameworks that have worked for us and our clients. We do not guarantee any specific business, income, or growth results. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market, and execution.

7. Third-Party Tools

We may reference third-party AI tools and platforms. We are not responsible for their pricing, availability, terms, or performance.

8. Payments & Refunds

The masterclass is currently offered free of charge. Paid programs, if any, are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnvoCore and AI Growth Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, webinars, or programs.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
